  “Having read recent reviews we were very concerned about our return visit to this cottage. So we were pleased to find the shower rail has been fixed, the grouting redone - and the cleaners have definitely ‘upped’ their game. Crockery and under the sink cupboards have been tidied since our last stay. There still remains an issue of damp and fusty smell from under the sink cupboard. This could partly be solved by a drip tray next to the sink. The sofa is not very comfortable, but the beds are. It is a cozy cottage, adequately equipped for a self catering holiday for two. The log burner is a bonus. The location is superb, and it is the location that draws us back each year. Less than 5 minute walk to the Sheringham Little Theatre - and shops. We are going to tick the recommendation box - but it is a compact property, with some issues so would not suit everyone. ”

  “We had a fantastic break at new road.. house was cosy and comfortable for us (two adults and two teenagers with a small dog) had everything we needed.. good well stocked kitchen, cute back yard, useful for the dog.. and a minute walk from town and all the local amenities. great location for walking along the coast and for the steam train to Holt.. lots of great food choice in the town and coffee huts along the seafront.. a real treasure of a place to visit. ”

  “Lovely cottage, everything we needed included, very private and close to all amenities, only one downside it was advertised as a double bed but it was a small double definitely not big enough for 2 grown adults and very uncomfortable, we would love to stay again if the bed was changed. -<br /> Please note that this bed has now been changed to a King Size Bed.”

  “A lovely stay at the property. Enough space for 3 adults and a child. Bedding, towels and crockery provided. Small garden space for drying beachwear handy and the location of the property was ideal for exploring. A lovely property, a great price. <br /> Points to consider: ** the hot water taps are exceedingly hot- no thermostat to turn down so be mindful. ”
