A beautifully decorated and furnished apartment overlooking the pier in Felixstowe. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Coffee lovers will appreciate the coffee maker as well. The lounge is stylishly furnished and has comfortable seating for four plus a table and chairs for eating. The large patio style windows in the lounge open to a small balcony and a lovely view of the pier and the coast. Upstairs are two good size bedrooms each with a wardrobe. The beds are extremely comfortable and have good quality bedding on them. The bathroom has a good size walk in shower, with toiletries provided. 9 Undercliffe is a lovely apartment, a great place to stay to explore the Suffolk coastline.

This was our second visit to shoreline we had a lovely time here 5 years ago, in August 2014. This was wonderful! Shoreline is beautifully decorated, perfectly located very comfortable and extremely well stocked! Despite the rain we had a brilliant time! We warmed ourselves by the fire at the Cross Keys pub and went to the cinema, we had fish n chips at the Aldeburgh Golden Gallion, we had a splendid dinner at the Lighthouse and when the sun shone for us we spent a morning walking to Thorpeness and enjoyed the conservation are there. We cant wait to come back.

This apartment is very well equipped and extremely compact. It has a nice PROPER shower, two POANG chairs, John Lewis cookware, a LARGE fridge and a separate LARGE freezer plus plenty of storage! It is next to the Brudenell Hotel so has a "Royal Tier" view of the New Year FIREWORKS! There's no sea view but this can be an advantage during the Winter storms! There's a shared washing machine in a directly adjoining room with plenty of hanging arrangements. iron and ironing board plus a vacuum cleaner IN this shared adjoining room. Rigid time limits with no reply service unless emergency of letting agent Incessant same texts on day in and day out from letting agents regarding said times - once is enough. However the owners of the property were lovely and very accommodating and actually let us stay later on the Monday despite letting agent insisting on 9am leaving which is far too early. 4pm is also very late to check in. It does not take 7 hours to clean a property!

We recently stayed at 19 Undercliffe, Felixstowe for two weeks. The apartment was perfect for us. It was beautifully decorated, clean and had everything we needed. The view from the lounge is spectacular and the local restaurants were excellent. The neighbours were great and we had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was very helpful and friendly.My wife, 12 year-old daughter, 9 year-old son and myself loved every minute of our stay.
