Swanage, a traditional coastal town, attracts many visitors due to its sandy beach and an array of shops, cafes, restaurants, and amusements. Nestled against rolling hills, there is the perfect blend of coast and countryside, with walking trails winding through the landscape. Cycling and water sports are popular outdoor pursuits in this fabulous location. Noteworthy sites like Studland, and Corfe Castle, overseen by the National Trust, are easily accessible, with Swanage station's steam train offering historic transport to the castle ruins. This terraced, reverse-layout property sits in a tranquil spot elevated to the east of the town centre. A private entrance door leads into an inner hallway with a utility area, and a separate WC. A flight of stairs leads from here to the first floor where you can find the two bedrooms, both with sea views. The first is a fabulous bedroom with a kingsize bed and an en-suite bathroom. Just opposite is another bedroom with a kingsize bed (this can be made into a twin on request). This bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room. A further winding set of stairs leads to the second floor and the living accommodation. There is a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with wonderful panoramic sea views. The kitchen is well-equipped with all you need to create a filling breakfast or delicious evening meal after a day of exploring the local area. There is space to dine just opposite and a comfortable lounge area with Smart TV and wifi.

A balcony with seating leads directly from the lounge area and has sea views. The property has use of a shared garden with flower beds, lawn, benches and lovely views of the bay, which can be found next to the property.

      A lovely appartment with fantastic views over swanage bay. Excellent location for walks, beach and every thing else swanage has to offer. Parking is a big plus, my Land Rover long wheelbase fitted easily into carport. I would highly recommend this appartment for a relaxing break in swanage.
