  We had the privilege to be the first guests at this exceptional holiday house and had an unforgettable stay there. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of the surroundings. The location of the house was simply breathtaking, very close to the beach (just a couple of minutes) with stunning views. The house itself was a haven of comfort and luxury. It was evident that great care had been taken in its design and maintenance. The interior was tastefully decorated, exuding warmth and charm. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, with thoughtful touches throughout the house that made us feel instantly at home. The amenities provided exceeded our expectations.   'We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this holiday home. We booked it last minute and everything was ready for us on the next day. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable upkeep and the beautiful decor. The attention to detail was evident in every corner of the house. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utilities for cooking meals. The bedrooms were spacious and provided ample storage space for our belongings. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the clean bedding added an extra touch of luxury. The bathrooms were bright and full of cosmetics needed for our stay. The location of the property couldn't have been better. We were just a stone's throw away from the vibrant high street, bustling with a wide range of restaurants and bars to suit every taste.   Excellent cottage, nothing has been spared by the owners, from the welcome pack to the " doggy basket". Cleanliness is of the highest standard, appliances are all top of the range, beds and bedding are very comfortable. There is a fantastic range of outdoor and indoor games to suit the whole family and a massive paddock to tire out the most energetic of pets and children. The hot tub was in almost constant use as was the barbecue and outdoor pizza oven. If you are looking for a spacious cottage with loads of seating inside and out and a very welcoming feel to it then the Coach House is for you. Kevin, the owner, was available to deal with any queries without being intrusive in any way. I would highly recommend the property to anyone, we were a party of 8 adults and 4 children and none of us had any complaints. A fantastic holiday enjoyed by all.

  This is a gorgeous cottage. The owners have gone to great lengths to make it a very welcome retreat, with lots of lovely touches throughout, including the welcome pack. The common areas and sofas are fabulous and very conducive to both lazy starts and late night chats. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms have lots of space. The property is very clean and all the kitchen appliances are great, including the numerous glasses to allow for celebrations. The hot tub was a great addition (and the spare towels a great extra touch). We spent the weekend at the cottage as a group of 11 ladies celebrating 40 years of friendship and all of us would highly recommend it. the owner, was in touch in advance of our visit and we knew he was on hand should any issues have arisen (not that any did).   A real home away from home. Only better. Perfect for a get-together with family members visiting from the continent via Eurotunnel. Our search criteria were a pet-free property with a minimum of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, of which there were surprisingly few available on the Isle of Thanet. Beachtown Cottage was a lovely place to eat and relax together. We were easily able to park two cars in nearby streets (in October). One was parked and not moved throughout our stay because everything was so conveniently close. Delicious bread and pastries only a 5-minute walk away at the New Old Bakehouse. We also found the information in the folder helpful. Following recommendations, we enjoyed walking north along the coast to Ramsgate and visiting Ramsgate Tunnels. All in all, excellent accommodation in an excellent location.
