  The property was absolutely spotless, comfortable, we had everything and anything we could need... It has a wonderful conservatory that add up additional space and makes it a great space to seat with a cup of tea or glass of wine. Location was brilliant. In addition to be so close to the town centre, parking was not a problem with the lay bay next to the property and the cheap public car park right opposite the property. All very convenient. I spoke with the owner in one occasion who telephoned us to make sure everything was in order for us, we were comfortable and didn't have any issue. Very caring and responsible gesture. I could just say the property is absolutely fabulous, It made our stay special, comfortable and easy. I would strongly recommend anyone who need accommodation is Woodbridge stay in this property.

  We stayed at Poppy Cottage over Christmas.

  It was cosy enough to stay in and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Suffolk countryside, punctuated only by the ducks on the pond and the faint noise of a train in the distance, while also being close enough to so many wonderful locations when we felt like venturing out. Poppy Cottage is probably the best situated of the cottages in the complex for huddling down in bad weather; it looks out onto the sheltered courtyard, so we never felt battered by the occasional squalls of heavy wind and rain. When the weather permitted, we took trips to Aldeburgh, Sutton Hoo, and Framlingham, all of which were short pleasant drives; the location really couldn't be better. Lyndsey was friendly and helpful, and dropped by with mince pies to make us feel welcome. I can highly recommend a stay at Poppy Cottage.

  Miller Cottage is a lovely comfy cottage and in the perfect location to explore the Suffolk countryside. The cottage has everything you need, although a few things could be updated. Woodbridge High Street is a couple of minutes walk away from the cottage and is a lovely place to shop for anything you need. You can also walk through a beautiful park, which is 5 mins away from the cottage. Eating out is amazing, the Red Lion, at the top of the road is a lovely place to eat, but our favourite was the The Crown that is 10 minutes walk away from the cottage. Rendlesham Forest is 15 minutes away and we did 3 out of the 5 walks you could do with our puppy. We also did some beautiful walks from the cottage following the river. All in all a great place to visit.

  The cottage was absolutely delightful and the courtyard and surroundings were very well planted out and looked after.

  Very tranquil and most pleasant to sit outside at any time during the day. Very good location to tour the area. Essentially everything in general was great but there are a couple of small points we would like to mention. There was no booklet giving details of refuse collections, doctors, places to eat and procedures when leaving; usually found at all previous cottages. Not a real problem as we just carried out what we thought were adequate procedures and left the cottage in sound frame of mind. Also the shower was quite basic off the taps and not adjustable; also no grab rails. May seem rather nit-picking but everything else was really fine and these points just put the icing on the cake.

  Lovely cottage, in a lovely rural area a short drive to Aldeburgh, orford.

  Saxmundham, Framlingham. Very clean well kept cottage, great facility's laundry room and games room. The cottage was lovely like a home from home very well equpt kitchen and a few essentials like milk and bread, biscuits for us and the dogs had some too, which was a lovely touch and the handwritten welcome slip the owners have thought of everything. A lovely shower and really comfy beds. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay for the weekend, so peaceful and beautiful views. Thank you and we will definitely be back by far one of the nicest cottages we have stayed in and with lovely owners, thank you again.
