Constantine 2.5 miles. Chy-an-Oula is a superbly presented, detached cosy cottage nestled into the charming rural location of Seworgan near Constantine, near Falmouth and the Helford River. This property offers EV charging and a charming garden, and is an ideal base for a couple looking to explore the coast and countryside of Cornwall. The interior is welcoming and boasts plush furniture and stylish decor, with an open-plan living space with woodburning stove adding ambience as you recline in the sitting area and plan the day ahead of you. From here, a Juliet balcony frames garden views, allowing guests a backdrop of the woodland beyond. When mealtimes call, the well-equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking up a storm, and you can enjoy a romantic meal for two at the dining table, toasting to your getaway with a glass of fizz. For nature lovers and those who enjoy boats, the misty reaches of the Helford River meander upstream to Gweek, where the world-renowned Seal Sanctuary looks after the region’s many abandoned and injured seals. Falmouth, with its narrow streets, natural harbour and National Maritime Museum is just a short journey by car, while Flambards theme park (8 miles) and Argal Lake with its water sports attractions make great days out. The nearby beautiful Lizard Peninsula, with its outstanding beaches and quaint fishing villages dotting the rocky coastline, has the benefit of outstanding scenery, tranquillity, and some great walks.

    Very quiet, no phone signal but WiFi enables you to use VoIP service's. The owner's Esther/Ian we're 1st class. A new property to the holiday rental market, well worth a stay.

    We also enjoyed the welcome goodies, especially the homemade bread, the produce from the garden was a lovely surprise too. Very quiet and peaceful. Great location to explore the Lizard from, with its wonderful views. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.
