  Had a fantastic week at Poplar Farm. The owners were very welcoming and the welcome pack was superb, including a delicious home made cake. The house is very well equipped, everything you could need, a real home from home. All the bedrooms were clean, comfortable and airy. Both sitting rooms have large comfortable sofas, games and a large toy box which was a god send when it rained all day. The large garden is wonderful for dogs and children to safely play and explore the little wooded area. Lots of seating in the garden to relax and enjoy the peace and spot the wildlife. Ideal place for family holidays. We had such a fantastic week the kids didn't want to go home. We would definitely go back.

  Description of inside bungalow as above. Outside of bungalow we did not use after inspecting it, again lack of care and maintenance, shrubs overgrown, dead flower heads from camellia not cleaned up, worst of all there was bird poo on tables and chairs which had not been cleaned for weeks. The photographs on your website are not a true representation of this property, we certainly do not agree this bungalow to be 4 star as described, to say we are disappointed is a understatement this bungalow does not offer value for money. I hope you put this on your online reviews, we would not recommend this bungalow and will not be returning.

  Despite the rainy weather we had a lovely stay at The Lookout.

  Everywhere was clean and the beds were comfortable and everyone in our party slept well. Although the listed “king size” room is just that, not a king size bed. The kitchen may be a bit dated looking, compared to the living/dining area which is very modern, but it has all newer looking appliances and a good supply of utensils, plates, glasses etc. We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the flat was and if the weather had been nicer the garden and decked area would have been a splendid bonus. Easy access parking right outside the flat. Good value for money and I would highly recommend.

  This property is immaculately clean well catered for with equipment. Perfect location 10 mins to beach. In a very quiet area. I would struggle to find anything negative about this property. Maybe a tv where you could watch netflixs/ prime - but that is really the best I can do and not really a deal breaker considering all the plus points.Central to a lot of places. Great for couples and families and dogs good enclosed garden to keep your pets and children safe not overlooked. I would not hesitate about returning to this property. Despite the inclement weather we had a wonderful stay.

  A very clean and comfortable cottage.

  Perfect for a dog, although the stairs are a bit tricky for large dogs. If like me, you are a little unsteady on your legs, you do need to be careful. The wood burner is brilliant. Everything you might need for an enjoyable stay is provided. A local shop that sells just about everything, a cafe with great service. My Labrador loved the long walks on the beaches, we just had to call in the cafe for hot chocolate (for me!) and a Sausage (for my dog!!!) after a long walk, every day! Jane & John, the owners, are very friendly and helpful.
