We had a lovely restful time in this comfy cottage. It was a great place to stay with a nice garden at the rear to enjoy the good weather.The cottage benefits from a well equipped modern kitchen and comfy chairs and sofa with large tv in the lounge area. We discovered the nearby village of Hempton - great for dog walking. A nice village pub and a duck pond. Southview Annexe is in a great location near to Fakenham for shopping and lovely drives through pretty countryside to the coast.. Our hosts Linda and Norman were lovely and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at Southview Annexe.

A lovely little dog-friendly 1-bed cottage in an ideal location. Close enough to the coast to visit the wonderful beaches of Holkham, Wells-next-the-Sea and Brancaster as well as having easy access to the rest of Norfolk. The garden is completely enclosed so ideal for dogs and the cottage was finished to a high standard with everything you need - home from home! The owners were lovely and friendly and we were extremely pleased with our stay and would definitely return. Thank you.

Lovely accommodation and spotlessly clean. It was so nice to be greeted by the host who was on hand to explain how things worked. We so appreciated the little goodies that were left in the fridge and on the table. The location was central to visiting the coast and surrounding areas. The sitting area looked out onto a small enclosed garden that in summer would be appreciated. Hopefully we will return.Thank you.

The Bollard is a hidden gem in a beautiful location. Liz and Rob were very friendly and welcoming hosts and were easily available to answer any queries. We felt totally at home in the beautiful immaculate lodge and garden and really enjoyed having use of the pool. It’s in an excellent location for exploring the countryside and a short drive to the beautiful Norfolk coast.
