  The property is absolutely lovely.

  We were unfortunate in that we arrived in the middle of horrendous floods, and were trapped in the property and local area for a few days, and it was big enough that nobody went stir crazy. There are plenty of books and games to keep the kids engaged and occupy your mind. TV connection is good. The kitchen is capable of feeding a house full of people, and the cooker is good. The heating clicks and bangs a little when it starts up in the morning. The only real downside is the connectivity. Mobile phone connection is quite poor, and inside the house is only available in a few tiny locations. Outside is better. WiFi connection is very slow and intermittent. Speedtest reported the download speed at 0.2 MBPS and upload at 7 MBPS at one point. If you are travelling to get internet connectivity you might want to rethink your plans. Outside the property, there are lots of attractions to visit, and the area is positively bristling with beautiful scenery. We plan to revisit some time soon when the weather is more favourable.

  Wow what can I say about this property and the owners .

  Jane and Alan were so welcoming, on arrival Jane meet us in the horrible rain . Then she had kindly made us some hot mould wine . On entering the mill house we were taking back buy the amazing eye to detail in the home . We also was greeted with a wonderful Christmas hamper which was amazing. We then got showed are the the property which I can’t put into words All I can say if you are thinking of booking an amazing 3 days or a week this is definitely a place I would recommend. You won’t be disappointed. Then on the outside wow just amazing gardens and lakes . Which if you ask Jane she will be more than happy for you to help feed ducks and geese . On a last note I really can’t thank this amazing couple for giving us an amazing Christmas. A memory will we never forget. We will look forward to seeing them again.   This cottage far exceeded our expectations from arriving and meeting the owners Jane and Allan to leaving.

  Definitely has the WOW factor It has everything you need from a well equipped cottage to the tranquility of the grounds and superb hosts, so friendly and always available for anything you want. The cottage is a beautiful renovated watermill set in the most peaceful grounds which are made available by the hosts for guests to enjoy walking around and enjoying the peaceful setting. From feeding the geese (hope Ollie is doing ok) to looking for the beautiful king fisher. It was absolutely amazing. The welcome pack was fantastic with so many goodies and the best lemon drizzle cake ever. A big thank you Jane and Allan for everything you did to make our visit so enjoyable, we loved chatting with you and hearing about the mill such lovely people

  The holiday was spoilt by the neighbours.

  They had 3 noisy children in the back yard shouting and kicking a ball against the fence. But the worst problem by far was 2 barking dogs. They were completely out of control, barking constantly both in the garden and in the house - also fighting with each other and snarling. It made it impossible to sit out in the garden and we could even hear them in the house. We did report this to the owner, and also made the neighbours aware but to our knowledge no action was taken. We actually left early as we could no longer stand it. We have stayed at Morris Road before and found it to be a lovely house but we would not return whilst these neighbours are still in residence.

  Beautiful house, very well equipped.

  Lovely and clean - nice welcoming owners. Plenty of space for 8 adults without getting under each others feet.Comfy sofas to lounge around on and a good sized dining table. Good sleep quality too. Very quiet outside as house on working farm. Good range of places to visit in near vicinity - which we did!! Good supply of brochures and guide books about the area provided. I would recommend the Tenbury Fish Bar - we were able to phone in an order to be collected later in the evening. Word of warning - very, very generous portions! I would very highly recommend this house for family and friends
