  Had an amazing few days here, were well looked after from the start by Diane, who runs this little gem on their family farm.

  We were blessed with the weather, but for me it was pucture perfect.. the sort of perfection you'd expect in a film, peaceful, exceptionally beautiful settling. The pod itself isn't far from the beach and it's well worth going there to watch the sun set.. it's a vast space and no one seems to know about it. The site itself is well located as its only a 20 minute drive through some lovely countryside to several Lancashire tourist places. Including an amazing desert place that do huge cakes and make their own ice cream on site.. seriously gorgeous. Came home feeling exceptionally rested, didn't really want to leave. Could have watched the goats from our very own hot tub for another week. Its exceptionally clean and hats off to Diane.. amazing set up, did her very best to make sure we had everything we needed, but not at all imposing and let us enjoy our break. Thank you.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Woodman's Lodge.

  The lodge itself is lovely, clean and well maintained. It was our first trip away since the pandemic so was a real treat. The hot tub was just amazing, we're trying to refrain from buying one ourselves! The lodge had everything we needed and was just the perfect home away from home. The owner, Anthony was so friendly and helpful, answering any questions before we got there and after we arrived. We also met Jill who was lovely and made herself available to help and answer any questions too. The area is so beautiful, with a little lake just a couple of mins drive away and the Nantwich Town Centre close too. Highly recommend a visit! We've told a lot of our friends about this lodge, even sharing the link - we'd definitely recommend staying here to anyone!

  We have just returned back from a weeks staycation in Nantwich and ad a wonderful holiday in a lovely location and enjoyed staying at Woodmans lodge.

  The owners were very helpful and meet us on arrival to inform us of all the information we needed while staying . The one and only negative issue was in relation to the hot tub, which did not meet our expectations, being hot tub owners ourselves it was obvious that it was quite an old tub and although the water was cleaned with chemicals daily, it appeared that it had been sometime since it was fully drained and cleaned. But other than the above we enjoyed our time in Woodmans Lodge and hope to visit The willows campsite again in our caravan. Thank you Mr and Mrs Horton.

  Such a lovely stay and Diane couldn’t have been more accommodating!

  Bed was so comfortable and the whole place top to bottom was clean. So welcoming and friendly on arrival and were available for contact when needed. Lovely little cakes made that we had when we arrived. Hot tubs checked each morning and had so much information for us about where to go and stuff to do in the area. Lovely waking up the animals outside each morning so was such a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Left a glass behind as well and they were happy to post it back couldn’t ask for anymore! Will be coming back again this year!

  We loved our stay in Lapwing Lodge.

  Diane met us on arrival and couldnt have been more welcoming or helpful. Loved that we had our own private garden space. We had almost everything we needed. The only thing we felt was lacking was that there weren't really any clear spaces to put your own food. A shelf or 2 would do it. Also outside could benefit from a couple more hooks and even a clothes rack to dry swim costumes or towels. We'd definitely recommend Mill House Farm Pods to friends and family.
