  Excellent location on Main Street . Property was comfortable and well equipped having Alexa for music was a nice surprise too and kitchen also very well equipped . Nice smart TV with lots of useful apps catch up Tv etc . Although the apartment was above a very busy bistro did not get disturbed by noise other than the one evening where a noise group of male customers were louder than they should of been . Loved staying in Banburgh had visited the village and castle before but was really nice to stay in the village for the week . Loved walking on the beach and into Seahouses in the mornings . Would definitely be coming back to Northumberland in the near future and would definitely consider staying in this accommodation again very reasonable price in high season .

  This was our third visit to this fantastic cottage. As always it was so comfortable, beautifully furnished and a joy to stay in. On this occasion we were with some friends also with two children and what a fantastic stay we all had. The children played happily in the snug whilst we enjoyed a quiet glass of wine by the fire in the lounge. All the bedrooms are so comfortable and spacious and the separate bedroom areas worked really well with our two families. We will definitely visit again as the cottage is so near fantastic beaches, with lots of lovely walks (enjoyed by our dog Molly!) and eating places and also well equipped with games, books, etc. so there is always something to do for all age ranges.

  Accomodation was nice and airy.

  Clean and tidy and was in a good place for local site seeing. A few things that could be improved Leaflets and walk guides-very out of date. I would rather these were not provided than go on a walk and find that the information is completely out of date. If booking for more than 7 days ,clean towels and bedding would be appreciated. Also hand towels for kitchen and bathroom. Upgrade to TV, the room is very large and trying to watch a program on a tiny TV can be hard . Not a great place for doorstep walks , you have to drive everywhere. Outside space was not inviting,not very private. Toilet cistern noisy when filling Freezer part of fridge needs defrosting. Otherwise a great holiday.

  The cottage is on the one hand well located as it is right in the centre of Bamburgh and literally a stone's throw from pubs and restaurants. One issue some guests might have is that both bedrooms overlook the car park for the building. This is not an issue visually, however, the restaurant below has food deliveries every morning at 6am and the delivery drivers are not quiet and talk loudly whilst delivering. This was not an issue for us, as we are early risers, even on holiday and like to get up and enjoy an early morning walk on the beach, but I know some people who would get rather irritated by the disturbance.

  We had a lovely stay in The Granary.

  The photos really do not do it justice - it is way bigger than it looks. Great communication from the owners with very helpful advice and information about arrival and parking. The Granary is comfortable and we found it had everything we needed for our stay. We were delighted to find that the bed was so comfortable. The weather was mixed but The Granary was always warm and cosy. It is a great place to explore north Northumberland from with easy access to the caost and main roads, but very quiet and peaceful. It is somewhere that we would certainly consider using again. Thank you for a lovely stay.
