  This is such a find! If you like being super close the beach then this place is for you. We love Polzeath and have stayed in many places but have never been so close to the action and it would be difficult not to be in the future! Robin is a small but perfectly formed cottage. Super clean. Really comfy beds. Everything you could want in the kitchen to cook with, which we did every night. Nice large deck for relaxing and actually quite late spacious lawn for a bit of badminton! Ros Was very helpful and responsive. The cake on arrival and milk left in the fridge really nice touches. There were a couple of minor issues during our stay and she sent a housekeeper around pretty much straightaway. Overall will be looking to book again and would highly recommend staying here. Thanks so much. This was our favourite place to stay in all of our many short breaks and will definitely be back. Wishing you all the best.

  The property is lovely, perfect setting to get to local area without having to drive.

  Well equipped for 8 people, garden and terrace all lovely with amazing view. Only downfall is cleanliness. Would benefit from some cleaning products given 8 occupants for a week. Would be better with at least some kitchen spray and toilet cleaner as difficult to keep worktops clean without spray and I wouldn’t expect to need to take that on holiday with me. Also there is a serious problem with ants in the house, a constant trail of them in 2 bedrooms, on the living room floor and kitchen island, very unpleasant. Clearly visible from day one so again the property is lovely, but level of cleanliness lets it down. Despite that I would recommend the property as a perfect base in such a beautiful area but cleanliness and ant issue needs to be addressed.

  The plus side of Dishtri is the amount of space and the view which is amazing.

  However there were an awful lot of negatives.There is obviously a general maintenance and cleaning issue.Badly fitting door in bedroom,broken toilet roll holder,cigarette burn marks in pillow case ,no outside door on fridge freezer,overflowing rubbish in bin area. Also as the house is pet friendly it would be useful to enclose the garden we weren’t able to leave the dogs out there.A microwave would also be useful. It’s such a shame because the house could be amazing with some tlc.

  "We had a fabulous holiday at Greystones, which we shared with another family and adult children.

  Greystones is luxurious, beautifully-designed and furnished and must be one of the top properties in the area. The new kitchen is absolutely stunning and the entire property greatly improved by the recent renovation, with thoughtful extras like an outside hot shower. We liked the house and garden so much we spent less time on the beach than usual! Greystones is a fantastic holiday house and we felt very privileged to be able to rent it for a week."

  Beautiful property, lots of space, lovely gardens.

  A great house for relaxing in. The location is great as the bay and coastal path are so close but it is peaceful and quiet at all times. Only criticism is nothing left in the kitchen, no foil, condiments, tea bags etc. Luckily we brought most of what we needed with us but when I've hired similar properties there have been some basic consumables accumulated from previous guests that helps.
